Return Policy



Warranty at LaptopKeyboard.ca


All the items at www.laptopkeyboard.ca have the warranty period, if you cannot find the warranty period in the product description, please contact us at sales@laptopkeybaord.ca.
Notice: We only accept the defective items bought from us within the warranty period. If it happens that the item is defective, please contact us within the warranty period. (Until now, it hasn’t happened.)

Items of surface defect, improper installation, or any other intentional misuse or any directions disobedience from customers are out of warranty period.

Refunds & Exchange Policies


Bought Wrong Item:
If you purchased a wrong item and you don’t want it, then you may apply for an exchange but you shall not be eligible for refund.
If you want to exchange the item, please inform us within the first 15 days of delivery. You are responsible for the return shipping fees and the reshipping fees. We will not reimburse the shipping fees. When we get the returned item without any damage, the new one will be shipped. You may be charged or get some refunds after the recalculation on price difference plus shipping expenditure.


Shipped Wrong Item:
If we had mistakenly shipped a wrong item, then we will reship the correct item as soon as possible.
We’ll be thankful if you could email us at sales@laptopkeyboard.ca and attach the photographic proofs within 15 days after delivery. We’ll pay for the return shipping fees and re-shipping fees.
(Until today, we haven’t made such a huge mistake. Please feel free to buy from us.)


Defective Item:
All the items are strictly checked before shipping. If it does happen and delivers to you, please don’t worry.
Please email us at sales@laptopkeyboard.ca and attach the photographic proofs within 15 days after delivery. We’ll pay for the return shipping fees and reshipping fees.
Notice: If you are not sure whether the item is defective or not and you would like to let me check, you need to pay the return shipping fees. If the defective is for sure, we’ll refund you the return shipping fees. Not defective, then you need to pay return shipping fees and reshipping fees. PLEASE be sure for 100% that the item is defective.

A. After verification and if you request for a refund, we will refund the price of the item only. We will not refund the initial shipping fee and the return shipping fee, either. (In US, FULL REFUND.)
B. After verification and if you request for a reship, then we will send out a new item as soon as possible. We are responsible for the reshipping fee and the return shipping fee. Yet, if a replacement item is not available, we will follow rule No. A instead.


Delayed/Lost Item:
If you still have not received your item in the normal shipping days, please email us. We will check for you.

An item will be considered in lost list if it does not reach the buyer after 6 weeks of delivery. Please email us. We will track the order. If the order is lost for sure, you may ask for refunding or reshipping. We will responsible for all the fees.


Out-of-Stock Item:
If the buyer does not want to wait for an out-of-stock item and if he has paid by PayPal, we will refund via PayPal.

If the buyer does not want to wait for an out-of-stock item and if he has chosen to pay by credit card, we will simply cancel the item and the order. The credit card will not be charged.

If you do need the out-of-stock items, please email us, we’ll contact you once the items are available.


Wrong /Undeliverable Address:
If the buyer informs us that he has provided a wrong shipping address and is planning to change address, then we will try to intercept the order but we cannot guarantee the success of interception because we ship out orders very quickly.

If the buyer has provided a wrong or undeliverable address and finally the order is returned to us, then we will inform the buyer to reship the item. But the buyer shall pay for the return shipping fees and re-shipping fees.

If the buyer has provided a wrong or undeliverable address and the order is not back to us and lost, then we are not responsible for anything. Then buyer will pay for our loss. And the buy should place a new order if you still want the item.


Awaiting Payment Orders & Canceled Orders:
We will keep the awaiting payment orders at most for 4 weeks. Please pay if you do need it.

If the buyer requests to cancel a paid order, we will try to intercept the order to be shipped and minimize the cost.

If the order can be intercepted and if the buyer has paid by PayPal, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount via PayPal. If the order can be intercepted and if the buyer has chosen to pay by credit card, then we will simply cancel the order. The credit card will not be charged.

If the order cannot be intercepted, we cannot cancel the order. The buyer will not be eligible for a refund. We not accept any order cancellation once the UPS takes over the shipping.

Instruction for Returning Item:


  • Please contact us via mail sales@laptopkeyboard.ca to get a RMA number BEFORE returning the item.
  • Items without RMA number will not be accepted.
  • The returned item must be in original packaging.
  • For faster processing, please include a copy of your packing slip and write down your reasons.
  • Please send your return package to the address of our warehouse included in the RMA table that we will send to you.
  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. We will not reimburse the return shipping fee (unless when we have shipped the wrong item).
  • Please allow 10 business days to process your returns or exchanges.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges for any reasons.
